"Worst experience EVER!" - Avis employé IT Professional CommScope

The HR Team in Goa, India is really pathetic. I have never seen so much of politics in a team and the way they treat their own team members is very bad. I have been a spectator to many incidents wherein the Jr. HR executives get insulted by their Seniors. I have worked for global brands and have seen their culture but the Culture at Commscope is really saddening. They have no respect for a person/professionals and their attitude is so sad that they feel this is the only company that can feed you in Goa.
