Avantages
The best thing about working here is you'll soon realize exactly what to avoid in your next job. There really isn't many pros. Sure there are snacks and free lunches (if you work in HQ).
Inconvénients
There's so many to list. Poor leadership, case in point with the recent leadership shakeup and VP-level folks walking out. Long, unrewarding hours. Promises are made verbally because you can't go back to them with something "they said." Nobody listens to you. You're a body that they will grind until you say uncle. Once you do, they'll replace you faster than they hired you. You're just a pulse to get a task done. There is a lot of great startups and tech companies to work for across this country. Don't get sucked in to their propoganda.
