Avantages

Good location. Right on state street in downtown Santa Barbara. Engineering is very helpful and free lunches from time to time.

Inconvénients

This company will pitch you all kinds of compensation plans that aren’t really real or achievable. The owners will tell you how “premium” their product is in the market when in reality its the middle of the pack at best while being priced the highest. If you aren’t two of the golden boys on the sales floor you can basically just assume you’ll get fired for one reason or another no matter how good you are at job. The CEO openly trash talks to you and about his own employees which is super sad. Overall turnover rate is insane so if you want something stable stay away.

ClearPathGPS is on it's way to being another Santa Barbara based SaaS rocket-ride. The founders, Chris and Steve, have built this start-up company the right way; consistently investing in product, operations, sales and marketing. Our culture is sacred - and it starts at the top. Hard work, ego's checked at the door, discourage layers, and encourage learning through mistakes w/out retribution. ClearPath has all the normal perks. Yet, more importantly, we have founders that consistently demonstrate focus, authentic concern for staff well-being, and building a legacy organization.

Inconvénients

Outpacing the telematics industry with innovation is very difficult, yet Clearpath will need to evolve and pivot product and service offerings to maintain it's growth trajectory.
