      Avantages

      Established company, taken over by children.

      Inconvénients

      I was hired with no job description, no training, and no real plan at all. I accepted the job hoping to develop business, as the owner seemed desperate. The owner also took me to court to recover 3 weeks of unemployment compensation.

      Avantages

      Great folks, really care and strive to do the right thing. Take care of their folks too, even in downturns or if health issues.

      Inconvénients

      It's crazy that one wahoo can leave such a bad review, whereas folks that are happy here don't need to brag.. just like social media!

      Avantages

      They work pretty hard to keep their folks happy. Not surprised if a prior job hopper left a bad review.. and good folks don't feel the need to brag.

      Inconvénients

      It's not a huge business, so you're more in touch with the economy (some folks like that)
