      Work from home, decent PTO

      Inconvénients

      Honestly too many to state. For months the company has been performing badly. More customers are upset than not. Agents are expected to work in a toxic, stressful environment day in and day out with no complaints. Workflows are useless, no available leadership. Due to recent layoffs there is a severe shortage of employees, so current employees are expected to handle the extra work load.

      If you're out finishes early you still get paid the hours your scheduled

      No driver support, heavy on the petty nonsense. Logistics are terrible dispatchers are not professional. Questionable tips reimbursement. Drivers are treated bad
