Bad company atmosphere. Constant cursing and yelling from the CEO. Tasks given unclear. Tasks given solely verbally, with constant change of mind.
CEO wants to be involved in everything. Doesn't listen to the staff foreseeing an issue and then later states he didn't know, nobody told him about it.
Usually people don't stick around for long. High staff fluctuation.
