      Solid money Good technology Ability to acquire competitive technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Four hours a week dedicated to reporting numbers to management. Inconsistent messaging on expectations. Bullying. Little management insight on how to sell. Matrix organization with lots of competing interests. Very little customer empathy. It's all about the bottom line with little direction as to how to get there.
