      Great coworkers. Good workplace culture: very helpful and welcoming to new employees. Good management: Fair, transparent, and open to new ideas. Large variety of work and projects. Subsidized lunch program.

      Inconvénients

      Highly volatile industry. Temporary layoffs are common. Somewhat high turnover (mostly from temporary layoffs).
