      Avantages

      Solid compensation. Any work you do is at huge scale so it is at least a little interesting. WLB is not bad (retail, non-AWS side)

      Inconvénients

      Offices are quite cramped and bare with not many perks, this matters more to me now that we are full time in-office. I am interviewing elsewhere because of it. Culture is meeting and doc heavy. Things move really slowly.

      I got paid weekly, there was a $2 premium for night shifts.

      Inconvénients

      The only con was the 2 hour commute to and from work.

      Avantages

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
