      Smart people, interesting projects IF you are lucky enough to be on that team.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of management overhead and redundancy, a lot of NIH syndrome, and a LOT of stress due to every engineer doing on-call. On a large team this might mean one week out of every 3 months.. On a small team it might mean one out of every 3 weeks.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
