Avantages

The pay is very good for a restaurant GM

Inconvénients

Area director would constantly lie about policy Area director would create separate dead lines from the rest of the company Area director would constantly undermine my authority as a GM in front of my staff The brand preaches love and respect but the Area director had access to my email and saw I sent a grievance letter to HR and she came in and fired me. Stay away. Seriously. Not worth the hostile work environment she will create.

Culture is great and the training is throughout. It really was a little family over there

Inconvénients

The owner themselves just was not making smart business decisions at the time and it ended up effecting my hours and pay

Pay well considering the surrounding market

Inconvénients

Self centered owner, loves AI for everything. Growing too fast, not caring enough to install systems that lead to success. Ok with being effective not efficient. Zero support, too many apps to do a single task, new restaurant openings are full of broken hand me down equipment(side effect of growing too fast) their maintenance team on multiple occasions they have been reported to management for weird behavior, One time they (maintenance worker) were sending unwanted texts to the host, and she made a complaint and nothing was done. Rude FOH management. They lack the ability to hold responsible parties accountable. You can work 65 hrs a week and they'll still act like you dont work enough
