Good benefits. Employees are nice and do their best to succeed.
Inconvénients
This is a sinking ship. They hired a bunch of expensive people from CACI that have provided ZERO value or leadership. They don't know what Accelera does or what they want it to be in the future other than a body shop. They say a lot of stuff about CLOUD, but do they know what that means? Lots of financial problems. Only improvement is due to a large number of salaries that they don't have to pay because EVERYONE is LEAVING. LC has some sort of mental problem. Acts spastic and doesn't make sense when he speaks. There's a rumor that he's serving time from a DUI. He needs to get help. He should sell his share of the company. He's an EMBARRASSMENT to everyone. Anyone considering joining should look somewhere else. There are too many good companies out there to go to a place that will be closing their doors soon.
