      • Pay is terrible in almost every position. • Employees are constantly expected to take on roles and responsibilities outside of their job title with no additional pay. • Horrible working environment. Employees are often subject to screaming, cussing, slamming, and belittling.

      Enjoying my work life at ASI.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is good, but my role no longer qualifies for bonuses. That was a big incentive for me to go above and beyond before.

      the other designers are GREAT

      Inconvénients

      the upper management will throw you under the bus as soon as their terrible decisions decrease income and it puts their 6 figure income in danger
