      Avantages

      Standard employees treated each other generally well, but it was laced with an air of suspicion of leadership. Everyone seemed to be running scared, waiting for the shoe to drop. I know this is the pro section, but seriously, that was the good of it...

      Inconvénients

      There was no real interaction between leadership and lower level employees.

      Avantages

      CEO is really a terrific person who cares very much about her employees and being a positive force in the world. A motivated person who is willing to go out and sell his/her ideas will likely be able to do whatever kinds of projects she can sell to a client. So there is lots of flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      The company seems to have trouble figuring out what they want to do or to be. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have some support in selling themselves and their own ideas to create their own client base. The company is oddly split between consulting and staffing. You likely will have to do a lot of business development for your own consulting work.
