      Avantages

      Good learning place, Diverse culture, open to employees with all the details related to profit and losses.

      Inconvénients

      Gsc management needs to improve a lot in terms of aligning things with organisation's goal. Needs to put more focus on quality.

      Avantages

      Pay is fair for the work. A good amount of holiday and PTO after your first year. Clean. Quiet unless you work stamping or unit weld areas. Very good about getting your 40 even when Toyota's slow. Feed you more than most places.

      Inconvénients

      More and better food choices. A little less of the buddy system. Company could be a little more diverse. So goes Toyota, so goes APMM. If you cross the wrong one, LOOK OUT! When they have it in for ya, I'll say this... Update your resume!
