Avantages
There is no pressure at all you can work at your own pace.The focus is on people and they give you excellent pay and facilities.The management is also very helpful.You get really a very good amount of leaves to enjoy and mentain the work/Life balance.They also support you for the further study.
Inconvénients
There are very little growth oppurtunity and very often you have to sit idle.
