When they say it’s a “flat org,” that’s just code for “no promotions, no career progression, ever.” They push this fake startup hustle culture, basically a nice way of saying you should work longer hours and never complain. Office politics are intense. If you’re looking for respect, career growth, or a healthy work culture, look somewhere else.
