      Avantages

      Work remote - We can work from anywhere also we don't waste a time for traveling to work - I can focus more when I work alone, Nothing distract me

      Inconvénients

      - Since the headquarters is located in a different country from mine, my working hours have to follow the main company's time zone. Sometime I finished late.

      - Not required to work weekends.

      Inconvénients

      - Basically everything else... - Absolutely APPALLING leadership where you're basically there to stroke the ego of a delusional narcissist on a power trip. - No company culture at all. - My mental health plummeted and my weight sky-rocketed because of the inconsistent, conflicting and constantly-changing demands.
