      Avantages

      While leadership is highly unprofessional and fake, there are still good mid and low level employees at the company

      Inconvénients

      Leadership chases “the next big thing” without any real sense of direction, even when that inevitably fails and they have to layoff dozens of employees. Leadership will constantly lie to staff to cover up issues until they’re caught in lies.

      Avantages

      The people at eFuse are second to none, some of the best in the industry. Fully remote is a big plus, with quarterly all hands meetings. Exciting work and a solid senior leadership team with a great sense of direction.

      Inconvénients

      No cons to list really, top notch work, top notch people.

      The people I worked with there were honestly all great.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO was involved in a Cryptocurrency scam that led to most of the team losing their jobs after investors found out and pulled funding.
