There are no career paths for advancement.
You are expected to be on call, but there is no pay for that added responsibility.
Company lags behind the industry. Management is too slow to move and adapt to new technology. We still aren't really allowed to use AI at work.
It seems like the parent company does not have a firm grasp of what WideOrbit does.
