Avantages

The only good thing left to say is I enjoyed the members, it was a small local credit union until it was swallowed up by the much bigger Webster First

Inconvénients

All of the original staff either left on their own or were let go because of their salaries, replaced by staff that has no idea what they are doing and are being paid less than the original staff that knew all the members and were good at their job, it doesn't seem management gets that not do they care, this companies goal is to buy up as many smaller credit unions as it can making it that much worse when it comes to proficiency, not one branch does the same as another, members and employees have to deal with mismanagement from the branch all the way to the main headquarters, if youre looking to work here good luck, there are opportunities to move up but only from teller to branch manager, way to much is expected from branch managers, all other operations are located in their operations center in Worcester, health care is expensive and is Fallon which isn't widely accepted in the Boston area

Avantages

Consistent hours, pay is low but the job is easy.

Inconvénients

Upper management and operations care about protecting the company’s reputation over everything. Management was often abusive and HR reports did nothing but make matters worse. There is absolutely no accommodations for staff with unique needs and outside of work dynamics. You’re expected to commit yourself entirely to the business and put your life second to the needs of the branch.
