      Avantages

      straight forward hands down architecture work, strong connection with structural engineers and other team buddies such as builders and subcontractors. the company values every career opportunities for the employees . work and life boundary set clear, very good benefits .. lots of snacks in the kitchen ..never run low in stock~~

      Inconvénients

      the company is pioneering the flagship in innovating parking structure which is good, and specialized in one thing has lots of opportunities ,but you need to be fully prepared to be focused only on one building type: parking . it depends on what you are looking for really

      Avantages

      Everyone is very nice and the work load is fairly normal for the industry. I didn't have to work much overtime unless I wanted to. There were a couple periods of about 3 months where we were strongly encouraged to put in extra hours (mostly everyone did), and it was a team effort from all levels to get all the work done. People got along very well and would joke around. Definitely set the bar high for work culture.

      Inconvénients

      Your experience depends largely on how good your supervisor is at their job. While the overall work culture is good, some supervisors are not as clear with their instructions or will micromanage.

      Avantages

      Good structure for learning as a new employee and plenty of people willing to help you advance your career

      Inconvénients

      Focuses only on design of parking structures which can get slightly repetitive
