      Avantages

      Low-pressure work environment, good place to learn embedded software basics/fundamentals. Friendly coworkers. Performance has no impact on raises. Possible to work full-time with just 35 hour weeks.

      Inconvénients

      No room to move up or grow, upper management does not care for quality of work, performance has no impact on raises. Base pay is low relative to the rest of the industry.

      Avantages

      I loved working there. Everyone was amazing and I wish I would have stayed!!! I'll never forget all the advise and all the good things I learned from everyone here .

      I wish I would have not left!
