      disfunctional company When someone calls....all 25 phones at the branch ring....200 times a day.....insanity....and you better answer the phone.....even if its not for you!

      Dynamic and challenging work environment. Forward-thinking leadership team fosters thorough and thoughtful collaboration which allows for agility in changing company processes and procedures. Attention to detail is alive and well.

      Inconvénients

      Great company to work for. The foundation on which the company was built 30 years ago along with tweaks and adaptations are the reason for success today.

      Avantages

      The man that started this company is a fantastic person! Good people working at corporate.

      Inconvénients

      The person that started this company is no longer part of the day-to-day operations. Inexperienced leadership in the Tri-State region. Management takes a narrow minded approach to sales and relies too much on what they read in books regarding sales and sales management. The continue to turn-and -churn people in Pittsburgh which makes it hard to trust them.
