      O time do escritório de São Paulo é todo muito unido e muito agradável de se trabalhar. Sem competitividade, todo mundo se ajudando e a liderança local é muito hands-on. Eles realmente te ajudam e querem te ver crescer.

      Bastante pressão por metas. Mudanças frequentes de direção.

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
