      Avantages

      Wonderful place to try your hand at different roles, but also spearhead growth and development in your main roles. Management and supervisors give you freedom to try different approaches.

      Inconvénients

      Organisation and reporting structure was very messy at first, as with most startups. However, team size has grown since then and the reporting structure has thus been streamlined and organised.

      Avantages

      The company is contributing to sustainability. The middle and lower level people are hard working and nice. The engineers and technicians are hardworking and good teamwork with engineers

      Inconvénients

      The founder and CEO is gone, key people in the company is gone. The board hired useless people in management to get rid of the previous management, Lousy and toxic management, the COO, Finance, HR, are useless. The person doing 'corporate development' got rid of the previous founders. New CEO fire so many people and the board control the company. The useless management get paid so much that the company has no money even with $20 million funding in 1 year dont believe 5 star review. FAKE

      - Work scope was somewhat limited, reducing opportunities for broader learning - Fewer chances to explore outside core tasks
