      Avantages

      Love the leadership team, their transparency, honesty and that they are always striving to do the best thing for the employees, customers, and now the shareholders :) The work is extremely meaningful for not only myself, but the community around us and our customers. Career mobility is awesome and management is very supportive. We also have a brilliant CEO!!! Love working with remote team members around the world.

      Inconvénients

      We don't get free massages :P or a gym. And maternity leave could be longer.

      Avantages

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
