      - Talented staff - Lots of great knowledge and learning opportunities - Stable job

      Inconvénients

      - Management could be better, there was micromanaging in some cases - Direction has troubles to listen to their workers, making work frustrating sometimes and gives a lack of agency - Difficult to get a salary raise

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
