      Avantages

      Under new management that focuses on their employees happiness but most important is the focus on the success and profitability of our business. New CEO is a critical thinker that is always transparent with all levels from management to single contributors.

      Inconvénients

      The industry. As with any oil and gas company the industry is very temperamental and profits and work is very dependent on how well the market is. New management definitely is focused on keeping us busy.

      Clean and well organized due to excess downtime between projects.

      Inconvénients

      -DANGEROUS WORK ENVIRONMENT guys have been hurt and had their workers comp denied, unsafe crane operations by leaders who willingly ignore rigging procedures. -newly promoted/hired managers desperate to prove their worth -lack of direction from leadership followed by high demands to get improperly scheduled projects rushed out the door. - "that's the way we have always done it around here, I'm your boss do it my way"
