      Terrible communication, I took some time away for childbirth and when I returned, my account was suspended. I had no email to remind me or give me a warning that this might happen. After inquiring as to why, they responded after a few weeks with poor performance.

      Dear Teacher, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your former company. We are sure things will improve in the future. Unfortunately, one thing is also true about your suspension and its information. Every Service Agreement you have signed before with ITG or Tutor ABC had an article stating that your account would be put on hold for inactivity.
