      Avantages

      Great work/life balance Lots of flexibility regarding remote or office work Great PTO policy. Awesome international team, literally like a small UN!

      Inconvénients

      Small company with no or very little room to grow as a administrative/finance professional as the focus is on Marketing or IT.

      management really tries to give you experience in the field, very open to answering questions and helping out

      decent pay and office space

      Inconvénients

      management are lost most of the time, with lots of micromanaging. little support to staff and a constantly changing and unstable team with new people coming all the time zero team spirit or good vibes. might be ok as a first job but better to find a company where you can grow and be inspired by leadership. you wont find it here.
