      Avantages

      Decent salaries. Good talent. Excellent, talented technicians.

      Inconvénients

      You need to fight for a raise, Raises are minimal at best. Reviews are a joke. Salaries are lower than market value. Last few years, service has gone down because of more in-house technicians and less time on-site. Owner of company doesn't care enough about managed offerings and service to clients.

      Avantages

      Great experience, plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects and learn. Plenty of freedom to work across different clients and systems.

      Inconvénients

      Not much organization as it is a smaller company, but not a reflection on the company as a whole.
