      Avantages

      The people and long-held traditions. Employees were treated fairly. Most people had a pretty decent salary.. Overall liked working there.

      Inconvénients

      Poor benefits. Poor 401K, paid 50 cents for every dollar. A lot of management changes and every time you needed to learn a new boss's personality, likes, and dislikes.

      Avantages

      Reasonable Pay and Benefits offered to all employees, especially relative to other industry companies. Friendly co-workers that are easy to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Antiquated business systems and processes. Flat & centralized management structure leaving little opportunity for succession.
