Very unprofessional leadership structure. Newer workers are not put in positions to be successful. There are a lot of hierarchies and God help you if you make one mistake or get on the bad side of one of those people higher up. Very inflexible work schedule in terms of benefits and time off. I literally only made a Glassdoor account to hopefully warn anybody, especially those of you just starting a career, to stay away from this organization. There are some really nasty and unpleasant human beings who work here and it was one of the most horrible experiences in my life that I would never wish on anyone else. The company's CEO, Susan Rees, literally told me to my face that I would never be successful. Well I can attest that her assessment was a poor one, as in the decade after leaving this dreadful company, I have been successful in my career and have received numerous promotions and have helped properly mentor many workers just starting out in their careers.
