      Avantages

      Great benefits, gym, somewhat flexible schedule, telecommute possible,

      Inconvénients

      High stress, tight deadlines, will work on holidays, bad processes, lack of communication, hard to extract data, long hours, high turnover rate not due to pay. Waves of layoffs. Must I say more.

      We're sorry your experience wasn't more positive, but understand everyone's is different. You're right, there are so many smart and talented people at Teradata, and retention is incredibly important. Our new CEO, Steve McMillan, agrees and we're excited to see what's next.
