Perhaps there were simply too many meetings. I had 12+ meetings a week, along with constant communication, demos, and interruptions. That impacted my productivity and my work-life balance. Some other team members, though, seemed to do fine in that environment.

As with any tech company, change is rapid for products. Some may love that and others could find it challenging.
