      Avantages

      The comp plan is fair, Will provide salary and commissions are higher then average.

      Inconvénients

      Micro-management, no team building, poor management, unrealistic expectations, poor quality of job development (often with no contract signed and unqualified), poor feedback, high turn over and no respect for employees. The average recruiter stays 2-3 months.

      Avantages

      Great relationships with many of San Diego's best companies. The opportunities we call candidates about are some of the best employment opportunities in the area. The work environment is relaxed and based on mutual respect. It's a small team who works together to get things done, no micromanagement.

      Inconvénients

      Must be comfortable working independently at times.

      Great leadership, Fair employee compensation, Pro-active leadership, Room for growth within the company, Concerns are dealt with in a fair and reasonable way, Communication at all levels is valued and listened to, goals are realistic and attainable. There is open communication at all levels of TechHive and there is fair treatment of job boards and the distribution of jobs to work on.
