The comp plan is fair, Will provide salary and commissions are higher then average.
Inconvénients
Micro-management, no team building, poor management, unrealistic expectations, poor quality of job development (often with no contract signed and unqualified), poor feedback, high turn over and no respect for employees. The average recruiter stays 2-3 months.
