8yYes, our pay structure is based on certifications and our techs receive a raise immediately after passing a new certification, plus we reimburse them for the cost of the tests. We encourage them to study with weekly paid training time, and expect them to keep their certifications current. We have significant bonus program based on utilization, and review it daily with each tech so there are no surprises.
Our clients love that our service agreements allow them to have a fixed IT budget, where we cover all their IT support needs each month for a flat fee. They appreciate that all large projects are quoted in advance.
Managing the intellectual property of our clients requires us to keep their sensitive data secure and treat it as confidential. Every JR-Tech employee must sign a non-disclosure agreement to help protect our clients’ property. This is not illegal in California.
