      Avantages

      - I enjoy my coworkers at the job. - You can work from home. (for now) - There is very little micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      - The managers do not know how to do the job. - There are constant technical issues that bar me from providing support. - The standards and ways to do things change in some way almost weekly. - The pay is awful for the type of work you are doing and skills required. - The job punishes high preformers by giving them more work for the same pay. - A local company in the area informed me that they do not hire people with just Tek-Experts on their resume because you don't learn any general skills there.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
