      Avantages

      Even if i had a few pros to talk about, the cons are so hard that you forget the pros

      Inconvénients

      You will cry like a dog to receive your settlement amount during off boarding You will never get a reply for your email/call on time. Most of the time people at HO are chilling without helping people on the field with what they need. No value for a person's time. You will have to cry for your bonus with month's of follow up.

      Avantages

      I worked in Sales as Fresher I have a good team to guide me in a proper Way. I got a good Support from my RH of Tamil Nadu.

      Inconvénients

      The Company needs to identify the Different strategies for each region.
