      Avantages

      If you have kids, raise them yourself with little help, there is no job more considerate of my life than this one. I've spoke with my bosses boss and beyond.. all very nice. i make more money than anywhere Ive ever worked. if one of my three kiddos throws up, I can go pick them up .. no questions asked. it is fast paced, but if you do your job you are rewarded greatly. These reviews speaking of a dying industry and clueless mgmnt. is bullsh*t. TMP does way more than print and has some of the best partnerships you will find.

      Inconvénients

      None come to mind yet.. and I'm a woman, I can usually always find something to complain about :)

      Avantages

      Target Media Partners was a great place to work. I had the opportunity to be part of a team of talented professionals who worked hard and had a lot of fun. We had the chance to work on some great projects and collaborate on different initiatives that had an incredible impact. We were given the chance to develop our skills and grow within the company while feeling supported and encouraged to take risks. As a company, Target Media Partners always put the client first and valued the importance of relationships. I'm proud to have been part of a great team at Target Media Partners and highly recommend working there.

      There were no negatives working for TMP.

      Avantages

      Digital solutions were valued in the market. Consistently evolving. Pay was rewarding if you produced.

      Inconvénients

      Expectations were high. Always being taught new stuff so hard to keep up.
