Don't pay salary after making employees to work for unlimited hours throughout day and night. Top executives treat employees like garbage. High degree of human torture..

I learned a great deal during my time here, both professionally and personally. The HR team is approachable and proactive, always responsive to employee queries and focused on providing timely resolutions. Stakeholders and leadership are highly professional and consistently guide and mentor team members, contributing positively to individual growth and career development. One of the best aspects of Tagbin is the level of transparency in communication. Employees are encouraged to openly connect with stakeholders and HODs, and concerns are genuinely heard and addressed. This open culture creates trust and makes the organization a great place to learn and grow. If i got opportunity again, I will definitely work with Tagbin
