Hospital Staff Lacks Diversity & Hospital Employs Antiquated Processes - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Springfield Hospital Center

Long-time hospital employees (from the Administration down) are very resistant to change. They insist on using outdated processes to do just about everything. They don't welcome new ideas (which really aren't new to the rest of the world, just new to them). Furthermore, hospital-wide and departmental management are reactive instead of proactive in addressing hospital matters. The staff does not reflect the population served so in addition to the lack of diversity, there is a glaring lack of cultural relativism.
