      Avantages

      Nice teams to work with.

      Inconvénients

      - salary range is below average. Most employees need to stay overtime to meet living standard. - no new business in the past few years. Sales teams are useless. - Manager who responsible on business development not doing right jobs during office hours. Washing on his car, step out shopping his personal stuff, and playing badminton is his strengths. - no opportunity for growth.

      Avantages

      This is my 5th company in the industry over the past 10 years and by far my favorite. Management is understanding and truly cares about their employees. They appreciate our input and value what we have to contribute.

      Inconvénients

      Shared bathroom with the rest of the 3rd floor... I'm really reaching for this one though as you don't see many other people on our floor.
