      Avantages

      Hybrid work is an option

      Inconvénients

      Company is on a financial lifeline, have had several rounds of permanent workforce reductions and running on a limited staff. They are looking to hire junior office staff to save on payroll. Systems are terrible and the team that is there is overworked and looking to get out. CEO values very few that are left, except his "boys," but caution he is loyal to no one.

      I enjoy working at Spectrum. I feel respected and management is always accessible in the warehouse.

      Avantages

      A FEW of the people in the warehouse were very nice. The shipping manager and the lady that was her backup were very helpful, and good trainers. They were very knowledgeable.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is a disaster. The warehouse is a mess. Employees told me when I started that no one had gotten a raise in over 2 years. Most of the month there is barely any work, and they make people go home, therefore we weren't getting even 40 hours. Then end of month they'd get very busy, and expect you to do a month's worth of work in a fee days. They make you feel guilty if you try to schedule any days off Worst place I've ever worked.
