      Some nice working + mid level employees

      Inconvénients

      Very political. Those lunch or spend time with owner & CEO go places without having to do real work or meet their targets - they get bonus even when missed their targets! Very political company focus on $$$ but not on customers.

      Avantages

      Colleagues are supportive and talented. Industry exposure can be good if you're proactive.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than strategic. No clear career growth path, with promotions often based on favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available outside of working hours. Leadership does not understand sales and sales strategy - extremely number focused and whiplash management of teams
