      Avantages

      Company offers plenty of paid time off. Provides for plenty of work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      C-Suite management is overmatched. Not on the same page and therefore company seems to be spinning its wheels in the sand. 1 step forward 3 steps back. Working class and mid level managers aren’t committed to a company vision that doesn’t really exist.

      Avantages

      I had a wonderful time there. I moved from multiple departments as I grew and worked on many fun projects. I learned a lot from working with my managers and COO. Everyone was fun and I was able to speak my mind.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing major. I had some conflicts of speed of return on deliverables and starting things from development.

      Open culture that encourages speaking up and sharing ideas Worked with a fun, reliable, and supportive team Fully remote position with a trusting manager (no micromanagement) Decent PTO and strong work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      Departments often worked in silos, leading to limited cross-team collaboration Career growth and compensation could be improved Teams were occasionally under-resourced, creating workload challenges
