Avantages
Excellent place to learn and decide if you want to stay in the industry and/or field of work. If you get along with the team, its a fun bull pen to be in. It's very specific roles so you'll have the chance to understand and learn about a section of the tech industry.
Inconvénients
There is zero company culture, zero work life balance, no flex sched, PTO is limited, and they don't recognize holidays that literally every other company would. Also, they have a dress code as if we're still working in '98.
