      Avantages

      * The tech stack is quite modern. It's nice to work with up to date technologies. * Really good automation. The CI is quite extensive and catches a lot of issues so you don't have to fret when a release is made. * It's nice working on a product that is approachable, not pie in the sky like many startups. * Most use Macs, a few Linux, but you're free to use what tools you like and there's support for common tools (PyCharm, VSCode, ...). * Hybrid working.

      Inconvénients

      * The offices are spread world-wide, and if you have a code review from a far away place, the back and forth can take a while before you get it merged.

      Avantages

      - If you have the drive and initiative, there's so much to learn and work on - Loveliest people who are equally passionate - No two days are the same

      Inconvénients

      - growing pains of a startup, nothing's perfect, would not suit those who need order and step-by-step direction - it's so fast-paced that it's challenging to keep continuous momentum

      Avantages

      The engineering team was great.

      Inconvénients

      The company lied about their runway and ran out of money. After working for them with the promise of back wages being paid back for some time, they took their new funding and started a new company "Junction" and laid everyone off. Avoid Junction at all costs.
