      Thank you for letting us know you enjoy working with your team! Our management trainees attend an extensive training program in order to be prepared to supervise employees. Please continue to anonymously review your manager on the ESI surveys we send out every quarter, so we can investigate if additional training is required. Because we are a start-up in the US, we do our best to hire flexible individuals who can handle the ever-changing nature of a start-up company.

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
